Fix the NuGet packages error when opening Unreal Engine projects in JetBrains Rider by changing folder permissions.

Step 1. Open Windows Explorer (You can't search inside Rider)

Step 2. Go to: UE_5.5\Engine\Source\Programs\AutomationTool

Step 3. Right-click on the folder 'Mutable'

Step 4. Show more options

Step 5. Properties

Step 6. Uncheck Attributes 'Read-only', apply it in all subfolder

Step 7. Save & Re-open Rider
